| Tom was a Contract Monitor for the Idaho Department of Corrections (IDOC) for several years. This familiarity with inmate commissary services is invaluable for understanding the industry. Tom also served with the Idaho Air National Guard and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant after 27 years of service. |
