ROCKY MOUNTAIN COMMISSARY welcomes you to one of our most exciting plans we have yet to implement! This program allows inmate's friends and family members to purchase gift packages for incarcerated inmates. These packages are individually produced for your facility. Each package will be approved prior to it even being offered. Once approved, flyers will be given to your facility to distribute to the inmates. These flyers will list each package permitted by your facility with a photo of each package and list of the included items. These packages are ordered through a TOLL FREE number operated by ROCKY MOUNTAIN COMMISSARY personnel. Products can be purchased by credit or debit card.
